We played a great game against Jacksonville, with Chambers making a highlight reel catch in which he got drilled, dropped the ball, and caught it again before hitting the ground. Ricky also played great that game, averaging something like 4.5 or 5.0 yards per carry. The defense looked great as well, with five sacks from the first team.
The Steelers game was a completely different story. Seven fumbles! The offensive line struggled against a constant Pittsburgh blitz but the first team defense didn't allow a touchdown. Gus Frerotte didn't play as well as expected and everyone jumped off the bandwagon quickly. Stockar McDougle was replaced at right tackle by Vernon Carey and Damion McIntosh reclaimed the left tackle spot. Seth McKinney is still the consensus weakness on the line.
Travis Daniels has been very impressive, Ronnie will play for the first time this weekend, Matt Roth finally got a sack, and Channing Crowder has played well at both OLB and MLB. Randy McMichael has like one catch all preseason, while Lorenzo Diamond is quickly becoming a fan favorite and a lock for the #2 TE spot.
A lot of stuff has happened, that's just what comes to mind right now. I'm sure other people will add on to this.
