I know we can all agree that the trade for Owens spells the end for "Cement Hands" Lee.

Now that Billy Miller has been released by Houston, I would like to see Miami acquire him.

With Ed Perry's release, will Miami carry 4 TE's? McMike, Diamond, Miller, & Owens could be quite the quartet.

I actually dont agree....I know Lee has been disappointing, but Owens isnt exactly great, and i doubt he has a spot locked up.

Mcmicheals in a contract year. as we all know. and sabans made no gauranttee that he will be resigned. i think signing a guy like miller would say something like "we could move on without you." just my opinion i guess.

I think this all depends on whether or not Randy palys to his potential this season.

BTW, they will see if this kid from chicago can block, and then they cut Lee.

I dont think Lee is necessarily under threat to be cut ......yet.He is a fair blocker and so is Owens.So maybe the play is to have a couple of blocking TEs to help block for our
RBs IF the long passing game doesnt come through.The RBs appear to be our strength on offense so anything that would help them get holes might help.

I know Lee sucks in the pass catching department, but he can block. If Linehan likes using the double TE formation where there are 2 good blocking TE, then its probably going to be McMike and Lee.
