In the Giants Stadium...first time a soccer game has ever been held there. Goals by Pope, Dempsey, and Twellman.

Yeah SBC Park. I should have clarified. Sorry.

No problem, I just was thinking I had Cosmo's season tickets in the late 70's early 80's. Could not figure out what you meant!

Lets see...ALMOST every country plays soccer. The World Cup actually is the only sport which truly crowns a WORLD Champion, because teams from all over the World are participatin'g in the World Cup/build up to the World Cup.

England
France
Germany
China
Japan
South Korea
Italy
Iceland
Cameroon
South Africa
Australia
Senegal
Morocco
Israel

Countries from all over the World participate. Every country -- Soccer is the most dominant sport, that everybody watches, except for US and a few other exceptions. Football is pretty much only big in the US.

If you don't care, then don't post. Stay out of the thread.

Cleaned it up and brought it back for ya.

Japan 3-2 as locals??? Thank god this is just a testing game outside of Fifa date (which makes me asume that there did not bring the A team) But I am seriously feeling that Bruce Arena is loosing it... I am afraid that the states will dissappoint in the World Cup (they dissappointed me very badly during the Gold Cup)

It was an all MLS team...don't worry about them...they'll be fine.
