Not necessarily. We've gone 10-6 before and missed the playoffs. I can't imagine Philbin being shown the door after a 10 win season.

10-6 would be a freaking miracle!

Philbin is definitely a man with a plan and has tons of integrity and is determind to do his best to try and win on Sundays, after what happened last year and the problems with the FO, most coaches would have resigned in my opinion.
