USA Today- Hartline?

I had a question about the USA Today. As we all know it is a national paper, but is it printed locally in different areas? Yesterday there was a full page ad for the NFL promoting training camp, and it was a big picture of Brian Hartline. I didnt know if that picture was for the Miami area only (which I am thinking), or the picture of Hartline was a national pic. I am assuming they have different pictures of different rookies in different markets.

It would seem like it would be just for the Miami area, but i could be wrong.

Im from Shreveport, La...saw that same pic in our local USA Today...of course, I was the only person who knew who Hartline was...I wonder why he was choosen for that ad??
 
He probably was at the right place at the right time.....But he did look quick from the video clips of the OTA's I saw...Who know's...
 
lol that forum is funny... they all think he was good he just took plays off, hopefully hes the next Randy moss!!! pre Raiders.... of coarse jk
