Amazing how every story regarding the Dolphins is talking about fixing the QB situation and none of them are saying that Beck will be the starter next year. First Parcells with his volatility comment, then Ireland with his evaluation comment, now Sporano though I dont see a quote in the article. Matt Ryan baby, Come on down
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Beck has a short leash...,
No limb my friend. Thats solid ground you`re walking on.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Beck has a short leash..., he is unfortuantely tied to CamRam and don't be surprised if he becomes our insurance QB of the future..., players will slide especially as Jrs declared..., so if Woodson is there at 32... Don't be surprised... You cannot have too many good QBs who push each other...
More than anything else, that Sparano played and coached O-line is the best indicator that this unit is, once and for all, finally going to be fixed. I realize the article points to him fixing QB first. But with his background it should be safe to say he recognizes what it takes to protect that QB.
Flozell Adams or Jordan Gross in free agency due to the Dallas/ Carolina connections? Maybe Kerry Brown in the draft to plug up that guard spot you mentioned in another post
The Dolphins' special teams, particularly the coverage units, were atrocious, finishing last in the league in opponents' starting field position (32.9-yard line). That was directly attributable to poor personnel decisions in the offseason by Randy Mueller and Cameron, who allowed special teams stalwarts such as Travis Minor, Sammy Morris, David Bowens and Darian Barnes to leave.
The Giants turned Flozell Adams into a turnstyle. I'll pass.
