Usa today ranks defensive linemen.

abraham better than taylor? no way...JAson actually plays hwne his team needs him

I have a hard time ranking Berry or Kearny over Kearse or Taylor without injuries. Adams will also be ranked lower than guys like Williams, Stroud, and Seymour because of the sacks those guys get you.. If they went by Nose Tackles/Huge guys that take up space he is top 3 or better.

Berry being in the top 10 in a joke. The arcticle writer must be from AZ cause has had one good season and one decent season in his career. Should not be that high at all. The DT list is all messed up Brentson Buckner of the Panthers should be top 10 not 24th. Many mistakes there outside of the top 4.

Based on last season, they're about on par.

I think John Abraham is one of the most underrated players in the NFL. He's so active -- just right in there on every play, just like JT.

Toughness- A player's ability to come back from injury. Plus overal phsyicality.

John Abraham - Toughness score = 87

This rating system = now trash.

John Abraham is overrated. He plays for the moeny and at times decides to take plays off. Jason Taylor is seriously a more dedicated player and is more talented too.

Quoted for truth.

Ogun over Shoebel? Ogun had 1 great year playing opposite JT. Otherwise he's done nothing. At least Aaron has been consistently solid.

Ogun had two great years for us in 2002 and 2003. The reason why he didnt do all that good this year was because he was hurt alot. I do know that what got him his 15 sacks, was that JT was on the other side.

Besides, that list is crap anyways.

JT is much better that he was rated there. Peppers and Freeney are better pass rushers (not by much... but there a lil quicker) but JT is soooo underrated against the run. He plays against the run very well and is still extremely quick in the passrush. To not consider JT "Elite" is rediculous...

Nasty

Ogun is nothing now without a pro bowler on the other side. I'm getting tired of everyone called Jason Taylor's play poor when he is constantly being double and triple teamed.

I agree! Wale is not nearly as effective without JT on the other side of him. I'm so excited to watch JT this year with them moving him around from position to position and even when he's down at DE, having Roth, Carter, and the others opposite him at DE should relieve some of the double teams and we'll see the old JT! Bring it on!
