Won't make a long post about it, but I really like how Joseph communicates. "That's why they pay us to coach".. holy crap do we have a coaching staff with a smidge of accountability now?? What a nice change (so far)...

I really love the part at the end where he talks about being down on the sidelines instead of the box so be can feel the tempo/vibe of the players. It's so nice to have coaches understand the emotions part of this game and the high importance of having it!!

I have been impressed with the coaching interviews. Each of the coaches seem to take personal ownership for their group and to be true teachers. I have a positive outlook on the long term if we stick with these coaches. I am not sure about this season. I am waiting for the preseason games.
