For all the talk on finheaven about Joseph looking like he has been over his head on some weeks in particular he still deserves major props for third down defense. We are number one in the league in that respect and it's a pleasure to watch the defense get off the field. As opposed to having offenses slowly drive down the field and suck the life out of the team and fan base watching.

On a a side note Tannehills hard count has looked great the last four weeks. Don't know if he always had it and I never noticed it or if Clyde or Gase deserve credit here

Maybe I missed them, but I don't see many of his exotic blitzes. Other than that, he's impressed me.

I think we are also one of the best teams in not allowing TDs in the RZ...I could be wrong there though.

If this is true, though I would rather have a top all around defense, having a very good bend, but don't break defense is not bad.

He usually comes with a blitz on third down. I guess the Phillips interception when he dropped into coverage would be considered an exotic blitz.

The redzone defense is also very encouraging if true. I am guessing he doesn't have the right personnel to run exactly what he wants to. Which could explain the bend but don't break philosophy
