Does Tony Sparano lose his job as head coach of the Miami Dolphins TODAY?
 
Basically your asking people if Ross is stupid enough to keep him employed. The answer is yes he is that stupid and no Tony does not deserve to continue as our HC.

Not sure if Ross is stupid enough to keep him employed is the real question but rather, is Ross stupid enough to fire him at this point. I think Ross understand what is at stake here in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. Ross understand how desperately this team needs a franchise QB such as Luck and also understands that keeping Tony Sparano just might get him where he wants to be in April.
 
He is lucky I don't own the team. I would have fired him on that quarterback draw that Sanchez ran. I saw it coming. Even my dog was yelling watch for the draw. I have never seen a coach that looked more out of place and overwhelmed than Sparano. That cat gotta go!
 
I'm pretty sure Ross knows what he's gonna get if sparano coaches the rest of the year. A franchise QB, and a big time head coach come the 2012 season. Why would he screw that all up by firing him.

O and btw, my 2year old sister, can coach this team better than this fist pumping bum.
