I thought I'd pass this info on to everyone. Yesterday on SI.com there was an article about the Vegas line for number of wins. I'll try to explain this as best I can. The total wins for the Fins is "9", the over and under (how it's bet) is over -150 Under +120. What this means is in order to bet on the Fins to win more than 9 games , you have to bet $150 to win $100. If you bet $100 on the under and win you get $120. This confused me for years  But the Vegas line is saying that the oddsmakers don't want you to bet the "over", and want you to bet the "under". To make this even easier, the oddsmakers really think that the Fins will win more than 9 games! :D The -150 over was the second highest, Dallas was -160. Noone probably cares, but these Vegas people are in it to make money, and these odds are very favorable for our team in terms of doing well this year
