Vegas ups Dolphins over/under to 8 wins post draft

All of the teams I have pegged as legit wildcard contenders are 8-8.5 and we get to play them all except the Steelers. No excuses.
 
I think the Raiders, Bills and Buccaneers might be sleeper teams this year.
 
I would take the over on the Bills and I think the Rams will be lucky to win 3 games....
 
I think Tampa surprised a lot of people last year.....they were pegged as a playoff contender about this time 2013....... Freeman's implosion, and their lack of execution is why they lost games...not talent.
 
I'll take the over and go with 10 wins.I think the offense should be much better having added Moreno, Landry , Albert and the rookie linemen.



* note: I had the same prediction last year ( 10 and 6 ) so what do I know :idk:
 
ehhh...as long as tampas running out there mccown i will never believe in that over 16 games

I really think with decent QB play the Bills can flat out be scary this season! I really like how that team has been put together....
 
The lines are driven by who spends the most money. If there are not a lot of Dolphins believers betting then the over/under drops. If a lot of Dolphin homers are betting then the over/under rises. Vegas make money, it's line is based primarily on the bets themselves more than analysis of teams.

If Vegas thought we were legitimately a 6 win team and all the bets were on the over, they would adjust the line up until they reached a nice number to balance the bets ... guaranteeing they make money.

Don't think the moving line is simply Vegas' estimation of our chances. It's more than that.
