Vernon Carey............

Ok, I'll buy that, now I ask again, if St. Clair is looking like a legit RT, isn't it time to find Carey a spot on this line and get him some experience?

That is, if you think the guy is any good?
I have no idea if he's any good or not, I've seen as much of him as you have.

St Clair will make a legit back-up RT.....and I think he may develop a "neck stinger" sometime in the near future.

Webb did, Todd Wade did. We were told this kid was drafted to help now.

If he lacked the mental ability to do that it was a mistake of a pick.

This line was in dire need of immediate help, not another Eddie Blake, which is what this kid looks like right now.

Ah...Eddie Blake that brings back memories. If we could have only put a brain in that body... I hope we can tutor Carey..... He could have such potential with his frame...

I love how everyone now says we should have taken Jackson.

GIVE ME A BREAK. If he would have done that, these same people would have been calling for his head. I think EVERY single person on this board either wanted a lineman or a WR in this last draft. Maybe a few Qb's. However, no one was saying take the BPA.

I agree that DT would have been nice.

Either way with Carey playing in S.Fl RS should have DEFINITELY known what he was getting!?
I agree. Everyone was saying WR or OLmen at the time. If they would have drafted a defensive player everyone would have been up in arms. After wanny chose defensive players in the previous two drafts ( eddie moore 2nd, Jamar fletcher) the general consensious was we needed an offensive player in the early rounds. So I can understand why they drafted Carey. it's too bad that he isn't that good right now.
