He could translate into a very disruptive pass rusher.

People saying he's not a pass rusher need to stop focusing on the stats. The guy has all the tools to be a talented pass rusher and he should have done better in Miami (hell that entire team should have done better, had a lot of raw talent on it). Philbin has already stated that he will lean to raw talent equally in comparison to experience when evaluating guys as he likes to bet on his staff to coach these guys up.

He's not really a project, he's just really raw. Everyone besides the top prospects (Luck, RG3, Blackmon, Kalil) are projects from one extent to the other. His ceiling is huge, and he shows multiple moves. He has good hand movement, he's laterally quick. He's not a bursting athlete but he's the same type of athlete as Mark Anderson (formerly of the Patriots)
He's also a pretty good run stopper.
