I was looking through a site I tend to frequent, and saw some stats from 2008 that really put a smile on my face.

http://www.walterfootball.com/mattstatsoffense2008.php

I was very surprise, and excited, to see the Dolphins in the top ten in the league for each of these categories.

I took the category descriptions and the Dolphins rankings. You will see our team ranked up there with the top offenses in the NFL. It really is nice to see.

All stats can be misleading, but by no means is this some type of homer site that is praising the dolphins, just the number primarily listed for fantasy football reasons.

Definitely click on the full link. Its a good site that deserves hits.

Those are fundamental stats that win games. We don't need any Boldins, Cutlers, or Peppers.

I was shocked that Pennington was #3 on interception rate, i thought he would be 1 or 2......I didnt know Wallace was so good at taking care of the football.......

It actually makes sense. Wallace is very mobile, so if he doesn't see anything he can just tuck it and make the play happen with his feet. A lot of other QBs will throw it away or try to force a completion.

I hope we get to say the same thing about Pat White soon.

It's too bad Penny had 4 ints in the baltimore game, we were dominating the turnover % before that game

While Wallace did do a great job of taking care of the football when called upon, he also only attempted 242 passes compared to Chads 476.
