You notice that very little information is coming through the message boards about potential players visiting the Dolphins, and to some extent very little speculation with good cause either. Boomer recently reported that Bill has mandated that players visiting not make their visits public and that if they did the visits would not occur. What that may mean is that there are a few players out there that have visited and the Dolphins didn't necessarily announce them (e.g., Wilson). While Friday of last week was fast paced and crazy, you notice the current turtle pace. That may not be reflective of what is really happening without media attention.
But I have noticed the threads on the message board have focused a lot on unlikely situations (Fitzgerald) and with the exception of Boomer and Perry, given members really little to discuss of substance in terms of potentially new additions.
Yes, I know the "Taylor" situation is good for discussion, but I really get excited about player movement, and it had kind of dragged. But if this silence behind the closed doors of the front office will help the Dolphins sign necessary players, then so be it.

isn't the next big cut for players on June 1?....teams can save alot of money by releasing players after that date....

The reason people start to talk about very unlikely pick-ups like Fitzgerald is because we have gotten board. Consider those threads as some sort of a dream journal . Fun to talk about, and gives us something to think about, even though we know deep down it will never occur.

Appreciate the honesty there.

I guess I am bored enough right now to even be tired of that. But I do like the direction Parcells has taken the team in developing the roster.
