Very possible trade...

Given that Chip Kelly has a serious hard-on for DJ, two 1st round picks and throw in Mathis. :chuckle:

Well if Kelly wouldn't trade a 3rd rounder to switch draft picks last year, Im pretty sure he wont trade two first this year.
For Kelly if he could trade his pick this year an maybe another pick its not a bad deal but he is not trading that much for Jordan or he would have jumped last year

i dont see how anything happens with the contracts and dead money involved, but as long as we're playing madden... both teams want to get rid of their WR. eagles want dj, fins want OL

wallace and jordan

for

jackson and johnson

I DREAM of a Miami Dolphins without dion jordan and daniel thomas.

jordan is emblematic of what has been wrong with this franchise for YEARS. Draft "looks good on paper" by-the-numbers wannabe BUSTS to play kill-the-QB smallball because ... drumroll please... the word from the heavens is... defense wins championships.

LOL GARBAGE

That would give us 38 mil in dead cap, a wr who is injury prone and that is on the same tier talent wise as Wallace. Along with that huge dead cap and no upgrade at wr we also get a player that prolly has a bigger chance of being a bust as Jordan. Jordan is goin to be a star, just watch what he did in limited play. Give him time to develop more pass rushing moves and let him cover tight ends and he'll be a deadly weapon. It'd be an awful trade either way.

nope not a good deal when they'll have to pay kings ransom at his age, if he was 28 I would do it in a minute.

I really don't see us trading Wallace or Jordan this year, and I don't think we should. Wallace fills a need for speed and I am hopeful his production will go up with another year with RT and a hopefully much better OL. We invested a lot in Jordan, and I would like a better idea of what the kid can do.

If the Dolphins played him at outside linebacker, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Based on reports, Philly is looking for a 3rd or 4th round pick for Mathis, which I would do, as he has been the best OG in the NFL for the last few years.

Trading Jordan is almost impossible because of his $10M cap hit. As posted before, Ross, Ireland, Philbin, and coaches had dinner before the draft last year, and agreed that Jordan was the player they would most like to have. Why was never explained but, it is a true story. IF anyone was wrong on him, it was actually everyone. A little patience is a good thing.

If Ireland was still here I could see this happen as he liked to buy high and sell low. Now that he is gone, not a chance. He would command a 1st from them.
