What type of career will Laremy Tunsil have in the NFL?

Will Tunsil be a right-out bust, have an admirable run in the pros with little fanfare, or showcase himself as one of the best at his position?

I believe that the kid will prove all doubters wrong and not only be an exemplary player but, having tamed all his issues, develop into a Hall Of Fame (I can only hope) caliber player. (And no I am not being overly dramatic. I truly feel this way...but only if he gets focused on the job at-hand and not stumble over his vices.)

Your forecast on the rook?

if they put him at left tackle he's the goods

guard ehhh

nothing I see on tape with that kid says kick me inside...better temper them expectations in a phone booth

I like that we've heard all the linemen come out and say they are going to play the best 5. More and more I think that leans to Albert inside at LG. Tunsil at LT. I actually hope this is the route they take. If its the other way around I don't think Tunsil will be terrible but he won't play to his truest strengths.

And Alberts strength is at LG? Either way you do it, we're going to have play someone who won't play at his "truest strength" pushing one inside. I'd rather the rookie go 1 year inside and get rid of Albert next year

I expect Richmond Webb-esque type production.
If he plays guard for a year, so be it. I expect next year he will be at LT. We are in the enviable and fortunate position of having two starting caliber left tackles. Both can't play LT at the same time, so a concession must be made. We were so unbelievably lucky to have a HUGE position of need fall to us a year early, if the price of that is having Tunsil play guard for a year, well there are worse problems to have. Better to have someone with his skillset in the fold than to try to have to figure out how to get one later, or settle for a lesser product.

Per twitter, Tunsil is working in the interior.

Will be out of the NFL in 4 to 5 years to become the world's greatest stand-up comedian, but eventually succumbs to substance abuse that ultimately ends his stand-up career to become a world renowned astronaut!

I love plot twists.

I think he is more talented than Richmond webb. whether or not he has close to the career Richmond had remains to be seen. i'm optimistic he will.

Not saying its the right move..but for what its worth Albert played guard at Virginia.

Albert was a pro bowl guard with KC. If you go and watch, Alberts strength might be guard. Due to the fact that he is also able to play at a pro bowl level at tackle the value has always been to play him there. I think moving Albert to guard would be a great move for the line. The question is if Tunsil is ready to play LT in the NFL yet.

I agree with circumstances. Tunsil is more talented than Richmond Webb.

Baring injuries or bad decision making off the field, I'd say Tunsil has a good shot at the HoF.

Yes, he will possibly play guard to start the season. No, he will not be as good at guard as he would at tackle. But, Albert is an awesome LT when healthy. Tunsil will take over at LT when Albert gets injured, which has been our biggest problem every year since he arrived. Once Tunsil is playing LT, he stays there for the rest of his career. This is likely Albert's last season as a Dolphin.

But Tunsil's decision making must improve off the field. If it doesn't, all bets are off.

The good signs are that Tunsil is asking a lot of questions of the veterans and accelerating his development on the field.

Kid is going to be good. Very good.
