Victor "Macho" Harris

I've watched him every game the past 3 years, Macho is the real deal. The biggest knock on him is that he doesn't have elite speed, but if you watch him play you soon realize that he has game speed, and that is all you really need. He is just as good a player as Brandon Flowers was last year, possibly even better. He has great hands and constantly made big plays whenever Tech needed them. He will likely go early second round but could easily outplay his draft position.
 
The guy can play. I watched him in the bowl game and the guy makes plays all over the field. He can tackle, cover, and pretty much match up with anyone on the field.
 
I wanna see his numbers at the combine. I wanna see his 40 time, ive seen him play a lot and he is real good but i also dont think he has elite speed. If he lasted to our first 2nd rounder than maybe.
 
dont look forward to the combine with him. he's gonna put up bad #s. he is real good against the run and is a physical CB, which we need.

VT used him a lot on offense too, but that was mostly because their WRs were piss poor

as someone said, he does not have the speed to keep up with the fast WRs and continues to fall for double moves. i'd be very happy to get him with our first 2nd round pick but dont think he'll fall that far.
 
I know this kid, he's a quality kid. He's got good character and will be a leader on any team he lands on. That said, he doesnt have top notch speed and sometimes he plays lost in space.

I'd take him in a second, but he is what he is....tough, physical and a leader, but he's gonna get beat sometimes, you just hope its not with the game on the line
 
I love the way this kid plays and would take him. I just hope he's there in the 2nd.

He's got good instincts. I believe he'd be a good leader and do very well in Miami.
