Great. We don't need another coach to coddle the QB while throwing everyone else under the bus. He's the damn HC, not the QB coach or OC. Shameful.

Meanwhile, there's no pocket movement, No bootlegs, no rollouts, and Gase still insists on wasting time with the PA pass despite being last in the NFL in rush attempts which puts great stress on pass pro and fools no one. Garbage coaching.
 
I'm hoping the OL is the reason cause Tannehill hasn't looked very good this year at all.
We're horrendous on 3rd downs.
 
He needs to bench tannyhill when he's playing bad. Send a message to the team that no one is covered. Maybe thill will play better too.
 
I wish he would call out the media as well. They should be more knowledgeable then they are if they want to keep their jobs. Omar and the ass clown writers in Miami perpetuate the belief that Ryan is at fault for all this. Our fan base is severely lacking in football knowledge and loyalty and the media is partly to blame.

I disagree on his handling of Tannehill. I think he's playing it right...and correct in the assessment. As I mentioned in another thread, I simply don't understand why he is not making scheme adjustments though. More roll outs, designed qb runs, Rb screens, double TE formations. Hell, more runs! We had a drive or two where it looked like we have a semi competent running game. Anything to slow down the rush...

I do wish he'd address the defense more as the HC...it feels like there is a pass there from him too often.
 
I love and hate this at the same time. First of all i think he's 100% correct, But... I want to see him do something about it. Let's move the pocket, and get Ryan(or any qb behind this mess) on bootlegs. Let's get some quicker plays with shorter passes, and route combos with "natural picks". Let's use our qb's athleticism. Let's be creative and at least TRY to mask our shortcomings. For Christ sake let's not just keep trying the same nonsense over and over with the hopes that "this time it will work".
 
I don't understand how some people want this coach out already? The guy seems to get it. Whether he can do it is another matter. But he 100% seems to get it.
