Hes always there to make a tackle, but the guy never catches an INT. He seems really raw to me...i see sean smith as being the better cB honestly.

how is anyone comparing Davis to Jason Allen? Davis is an incredibly physical tackler who plays the run well. Jason Allen was and still is finesse. (Not good finesse, but finesse)
 
saw a lot of good things in that video from Pat White. Throws a really nice accurate, catchable ball, has the ability to extend passing plays with his feet and showed some good awareness in the pocket.

Another thing a lot of people talk about with this kid is his speed, I saw him get A LOT of separation as he was streaking down the field, watch the play that starts at 1:17 and see how he puts on an extra gear once he gets through the hole. Also, he takes long strides when he runs meaning he covers more ground with less effort which can be a major factor late in games, also i think this will help him get separation as a receiver as he'll be bearing down on the corner before they can pull out of their backpedal.

Last thing that I loved, he finishes plays. He doesnt let up off the gas and he never gives up. The kid is a winner and i guarantee he'll be a difference maker.

I noticed that separation too, and he seems to have some pretty good vision running with the ball. I also noticed that he is left handed, which changes a lot of things for a defense.

Dang, Davis can shed some blocks and tackle. He is very aggressive.
 
I've seen a lot of folks unhappy with the Pat White pick. This guy is going to lead the team in points for the season at some point. If we weren't a wildcat team it would be one thing, but this guy is a serious weapon for us. He's going to have D coordinators messing their pants.
