Pretty interesting to see the takes of the Vikes fans. They are very rattled due to losing some of the biggest games in recent years to backups. Anyways, worth a wander if you have a free couple minutes.

I think we can win with ST at QB. Like I mentioned in another thread ST is not you typic rookie QB. He is the most seasoned/veteran rookie you may ever see. Kid was at a Power 5 program for 6 years and 5 years playing there as well due to free covid year). So he literally is maybe one of the most experienced rookie QBs ever in the NFL.

It is a weird mind thing. It only takes like 2 times to get beat by a back up QB. As a huge Michigan fan we struggled a few times with backups. Then the fans had the saying only at Michigan can we make a back up QB look like a Heisman trophy candidate. That lasted for years only after a couple bad experiences to back ups.

Yeah fans are generally bipolar and we tend to place our identity to the team. It's not healthy yet feel really good when our team is winning, yet when we are losing, we blame everything and everyone to separate our identity to the team!!! lol

No they are not because Vikings always make back up quarterbacks play like Montana against them so I do not blame them for thinking that Vikings are going to lose

I'll admit was skeptical of McD keeping 3 QB's on the final 53. But, that is why McD is HC & I am not.

I was all for keeping someone like Perry or Bowden around.. for use an emergency QB. Who would be Miami's emergency QB now? Hill? Mostert? Gesicki? Waddle? Hunt?
 
I'm hoping to see some improvement since he will have the week practicing with the ones. I think we will see the improvement though. Will be interesting tho since I'm up here in MN!!
