Updating an ongoing storyline, ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports the Minnesota Vikings have agreed to a one-year contract with free agent PK Paul Edinger (Bears). Financial details of the contract were not yet available, but the deal is believed to be loaded with incentives. Edinger will vie with PK Aaron Elling in training camp for the kicking job and is expected to win the competition.

I knew it! And to think I saw all these rumors on ESPN Insider today saying Tennessee was going to get him. Well that completes the perfect offseason for the Minnesota Vikings seeing that all they needed was an adequate-to-average kicker.
