Vikings might waive Favre?

Look at his stats and tell me if you want him playing for the fins... especially considering the offense he has!
 
There is no way they waive him because Vikings will still be on the hook for his salary because NOBODY is going to put a claim in for him. I hope you were not wondering if we should pick him up. Please!
 
Henne could hop off the crutches Thursday night and still move better than Favre does these days. He'd throw less picks too.

Please stop, or think before you speak.. Every QB we have on our roster is leaps and bounds better than Favre at this point

This was the point of my thread. Henne is a keeper. Even if Favre cleared waivers and we could negotiate a low salary, we would not want him if Henne is available.
 
I doubt Farve could pass the physical to join the team, even if the Vikes cut him. At any rate, Farve is either staying with Minn or going on IR.

In other news, why am I even commenting on this thread? I think 10 IQ points just leaked out of my ear...
 
I do not like Favre but I do like the idea of bringing in a competant veteran to run the offense while a young QB sits behind him and learns the postion.
