Vikings sign Joe Berger

We just signed Joe Berger. Can you guys please give me your honest opinions on him? We have a terrible center. That being said, Sparano said that Ryan Cook was an upgrade to him. That really scares me. Thanks for the information guys!

He played the 2nd half of 2009 and played very well. Last year he was mediocre. Clearly didn't improve this offseason

He's good depth at C and G. I wouldn't mind having him back over our backup John Jerry.

Joe Berger won't be able to start a 16 game season in the NFL, he's just way too injury prone. He's good depth and will help your O-line but don't hope for him starting.

Bergers problem is he plays with too much finesse and doesn't seem strong enough

Berger...LOL...he is weak against bigger nose tackles. If you guys signed him, you got big trouble IMO.

No way you can start him in your division. Raji and Suh would tear him apart.
