Too small for our scheme 5'11" 232 and only ran a 5.08 in the 40 yard dash so he's as slow as a snail.

Parcells does not want smallish linebackers. He wants the guys who are 245 pounds or heavier.

We had a 4-3 defense when Zach was with us. Also Zach ran a 4.75 in the 40 so he was not as slow as Hall.
