I don’t so much care that the season is effectively over, or that some older players are going down, its the fact that some young players who will be here a while are getting developmentally derailed with what could be career changing injuries.

In 2 years to lose your shiny new MLB (we’ll never know what he might’ve looked like year 2 with more experience), your up and coming CB (may never play football again), your diamond in the rough DT and your free agent steal tyreek hill 2.0...
