I say we dump Feeley and pick up Testaverde. Then we start Gus and use Vinny as insurance. Then we can make a playoff run for this year, and possibly draft/trade for a young QB next year since it is painfully obvious that AJ is NOT our future. Why waste this year getting that chump up to speed?
 
I haven't been calling him Testicleverde all these years just so we could pick him up. No way.

how about we just dumpe feely, use the money or trade him and keep sage and berlin as back-ups
 
I think Vinny's days were done about 2 years (at least?) ago, but I do agree that it's a waste of time to try and bring AJ up as a backup. If the rumors about Frerotte being the starter are true, then Saban will likely either draft a young QB next year or pick one up via FA, so I don't think AJ is going to figure into the picture.
 
Just cut Feeley. Frerrotte will be a fine stand in until we draft for the future.. Let Sage and Berlin take the snaps.

I'd rather have Berlin as insurance over Testeverde.

We could line Vinny up as a LB and spy on Clarett when we play the Broncos. They seem to have the same speed.
