VIP expiration?

I noticed mine is set to expire on 3/1/2007 but I have a question. I saw this text " Note: Your subscription will automatically renew at the rates stated above unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period." and had a question.

Does this mean that my subscription will automatically renew or do I need to purchase it through PayPal again? I just want to make sure I'm not double charged. I don't want to manually pay with PayPal and then next week there's another charge from auto renewal.
