Because Tony Sprano will view this thread and will geet otta heeea!..lol...No seriously, if you knew Ross, Ireland, and Sprano will read this post, what woudl you tell them?

Ross, you need to draft Luck! Give the fans hope and excitement for the future! Enough with this turning over ever rock, stone, or pebble, because this franchise is just collecting dirt!
 
Fire Ireland, Sparano, OL coach, and ST coach. Then put the franchise up for sale, because you have no idea what you are doing.
 
Start the discrete negotiations now for another GM and HC. Do not hesitate any longer on this decision. Your home crowd will be feeling betrayed by you soon. Fix it.
 
This team has NO HEART!!! I'm even dreading playing the BROWNS C'mon you know its bad when we are dreading playing the BROWNS!!! I'm dreading watching them play this season and i was more confident when we went 1-15 P.S. i watched every single game of that season and that team had more HEART than this team

I can only assume that Jeff Ireland has been entrusting Sparano with more say when it comes to the O-Line due to his past coaching with that position.

Note: DO NOT DO THIS MOVING FORWARD. Sparano is proving himself less and less reliable to entrust with personnel decisions.
 
My gripe.....why can't our d-backs make INT's, or slap the ball down? Remember that long pass early in the game....Yeremiah Bell jumps up and he taps the ball upwards and backwards where the receiver caught it about a yard behind Bell. Can we ever tip a ball to a Dolphin's player, can we ever make a pick and have a nice run back? All 30 other teams do it,..,,but NOT Miami. We get guys like Gebril Wilson dropping the easiest picks ever.
 
Firing Sparano now is essentially the equivalent to throwing in the towel for the season. The only possible interim replacement would be Nolan who is not a significant upgrade. This is not a realistic option.

My Messages:
Ross: Be patient do not do anything rash. You had a chance to clean house in this off season and you didn't do it. Now you must live with Sparano at least until midway in the season. Would start to reach out to very knowledgable football people from different perspectives and ask them for shortlists up and coming management people and coaches. I would begin to develop a plan with someone in the business on all possible outcomes.

Ireland: Keep trying to find some talent on the wire. The O line is already hobbling and we are only on week 2.

Sparano:
Cleveland is an absolute MUST win for you. Be prepared to pull out all the stops.
 
No heart is spot on. I do wanna say to fans that did go, way to be heard. Wasn't alot their but I could hear you.

Can you please fix our coaching situation and gm situation once in for all, so for once we can have stability at the position, and not have to be talking about head coaches/ changes, etc in week 2 of every single season?
 
Blow this thing up and start fresh. Get rid of all of the Parcell's clonies. Get a reputable GM and make him accounting for finding the best head coach available. With some luck draft Andrew Luck. Miami Olphins 0-2, Buffalo Bills 2-0. Enough said.

Its not..I started the thread. And Im a huge Dolphin fan! Just fustrated to see this organization sink down below average for a good team. I dont even consider this team good. Just a bit below average. But I will always be a Dolphin fan...through bad and good
