Oh, and to the guy who d/l the torrent file, but isnt getting anything from it, you have to install bittorrent first. It is a weird program. Never really runs, just is there on your pc. When you then click on the *.torrent file, your computer will know to download that file. Once the files are downloaded, keep those boxes open so that you will "seed" the file and let others download from you.

I am a scientist doing research in Antartica.Right now I am in Santiago the capital city of Chile, which is my home base.
 
BTW I know I have recommended the Filesoup site for the newbies but I dont recommend the Clients recommended on that site(Burst etc).IMO the clients based on the original BitTornado client are the simplest and the easiest to use.
 
So will you be able to see the ESPN Sunday night game next week? I need to know if I need to cap that one. Most of the US can see it, as it is a national broadcast.

I can cap it if someone cant see it otherwise.

I believe I will be able to see it.I am crossing my fingers although several times the announced games get replaced by local programming as there is very little interest in the NFL here.But I would say lets not do it this upcoming week.But I would appreciate your help the following week if you can.

Hey buddy if you can cap all the games it would be awesome. I would love to have all the games saved digitally and we also have several members in Europe who wouldn't be able to see the game unless someone posted it on here. Thanks!

The game will be on ESPN worlwide.If you have access to cable or Sat TV you will probably be able see it.I dont know if there would be enough interested parties to do a torrent seed.And please remember it takes a lot of effort and time to do one and we dont want to exploit JAXs good will.

So its up to Jax.But if you want we can poll interest.

having every game would be nice, but i dont have the hard drive for it anyway, haha... but i think we should give jax a break he worked his *** off to get this one up and working, next week is a national game let him off the hook this time...
 
I live in Europe and i used www.pontel.com to get the games. Every friday i get a 4 hour dvd with the weekend Dolphins game and highlights from the others.

But I did download the Titans game because i'm impatient .p
 
I'm just reading about this Torrent and have a few questions related to Phins... what torrent are all of you sharing the games on? What type of file are you sharing? Will this be something that is ready to download to DVD?

LOL!! Sorry, I read the first few pages and the last few. I saw you mention 2-3 for newbies and Bit Tornado is one I checked out. But I'm confused on the flow of data. Will all of these lead me to the same place, or do I need to get on the same one that everyone else is using? I undertsand I have to be on there when the seed (or reseed) is there. Jus' playin' catch-up!!
 
OK Crunch Time, now I understand why I needed to read the whole thread. good stuff. I'm going to give it a shot when I get home this evening. If I can download it successfully and get the hang of it, I'll try uploading the ESPN game next week. I have a set-top DVD recorder I use to cap games and edit out commercials. It will be a bigger file overall though. I'll try breaking it down into quarters. I'll record it first and then see if there is desire from anyone to download it before I upload it anywhere.

Hey thats nice of ya but i would bother doen the nationaly televised game wait for the games people cant see you will be loved for doen it tho :D have a nice day . unless u want to practice
