Vontae Davis brother arrested and suspected of murder

The younger brother of 49ers tight end Vernon Davis and Dolphins cornerback Vontae Davis has been arrested for assault in Washington, D.C. and is a suspect in the murder of a tourist in the city on Tuesday.
The Associated Press reports that 19-year-old Michael Davis was arrested and accused of striking a woman in the head with a hammer. Police are investigating whether he is also responsible for a series of similar attacks, including the killing of a 66-year-old man. Davis’ father confirmed to ABC 7 in Washington that Michael Davis is the younger brother of Vernon and Vontae.

Wow, horrible story... Very distrubing. I feel bad for Vontae and Vernon, because they seem like good guys, but my heart goes out to the victims. What a sadistic and horrific series of events.

He killed a person with a hammer and assaulted 4 others. If he goes to prison, he ain't getting out...

To be fair, the family of the criminal are victims as well. I know I would feel absolutely horrible if my little brother murdered someone. It would destroy our family. Of course, my heart would go out to the victims of the horrific crime, but I would still feel awful that someone I loved would be capable of something so horrible.
