Lol, this Cassel praise is such a joke. I'll admit he's decent, but he's not the 2nd coming of Tom Brady like people think.. put some scrub in arguably the best offensive system in football and he'll put up numbers.. aka Matt Cassel
Only thing I'll give him is that he can make a play out of what shouldn't be a play .. like somehow throwing off his back foot while falling down and getting a complete pass.. but his receivers' smarts tie into that.
Pennington should definetely win, you guys remember the threads of " Oh crap, we have the worst receiving corp in the whole league " and then Pennington comes in and you haven't seen a thread like that since!
No one would have predicted that our passing game is much more dangerous than our running game up to this point

I think this voting thing is BS, when I voted at 4pm, it was 35% Cassell, 31% Favre, 31% Chad... I just voted again, and the percentages are still the same.

The fact that Favre could possibly be tied with Penny is complete BS to begin with...
i have to agree. look at our names in the backfield. and we mostly are winning games because of chad pennington. for him to have the determination and dedication, to the game, to do that with the rivals of a team that threw him away is admirable. chad also has the satifaction of doing so while playing for the man that gave him his first oppurtunity to be in the NFL.
exactly. it shows one of two things.
1. how many ignorant people are out there.
or
2. how strong the voice of the ignorant people are.
