Phillips might be a poor head coach, but he is a good Defensive Coordinator.
Jason Garrett has lost the shine he once had as a possible HC canidate. They won a play off game, Wade will be back. There is a story on ESPN.com pointing to this as well.

Phillips is out of contract at the end of this season and Jones stated earlier in the week that he will not decide on Phillips future until a few days after the Cowboys season ends, so its still by no means certain he is in Dallas next season.
Phillips won't lose his job this offseason. He will be back with Dallas in 2010.

will jerry jones feel like that or will he feel his team was not prepared for minny. wade could be released. wade is a great dc but a crappy head coach. always has been always will be.
