Good news from camp Wake and Turner are getting better each day. Ever since wake has put pads on he has been beast and Turner has just been awesome from day one.

For those waiting to hear from Wake or doubt him just keep your eyes open. And those b******* about the Turner pick might want to readjust your TV sets this kid is gonna be great. Not just a redzone guy but an all round dominate guy.

Here is alil on both and their performances thus far...

"Turner's starting to dominate one-on-ones daily to the point he's making plays on Mr. Lock down, Will Allen. Some of them are extremely acrobatic, which indicates that he's got tremendous body control."

"Since the pads have come on Wake has been the only player (including Joey Porter) who is consistently applying pressure. With that said, please do remember that Porter is going against Jake Long, a Pro Bowler, and Wake is going against Nate Garner and Andrew Gardner. But pressure is pressure."

"During the final session of Thursday's afternoon practice Wake killed Chad Henne's drive by tallying two straight would-be sacks during the team's 2-minute drill. He rose to the occasion when his second-team defense needed him the most. That's exactly what the Dolphins need to see."

"For the third straight day Turner turned in a few nice catches. He's silky with his route running, and has clutch hands. His body control allows him to tight rope the sideline, and bring in catches in the back of the end zone."

Great to hear so far, I had my doubts about both guys. Wasn't sure if wake would be able to step up to the NFL level since the cfl up here is much different the NFL. Also had my doubts about the Turner pick, but am very happy to hear how he is doing this far.hope they keep it up.

I was never really high nor low on the Turner pick. I just scratched my head as it didn't seem to be a need to me. Same with Hartline....Though I did not like that pick at all.

im starting to get excited about these guys now. cant wait til the real bullets start flying

This could also be bad news for our oline! If wake is getting consistent pressure then what will elite pass rushers do?

He is doing it against 2nd teamers and defense is always ahead of the O in training camp dont worry maybe he should be a dominant player in the making.

Not surprised at all about Pat Turner. I liked the pick from day one. I'm glad we're finally hearing something positive about Wake.

it would be funny if turner out shines ginn

if turner outshines ginn more power to him. ginn has improved each year. no reason not to expect progression to continue. if turner can top him in year one we will be looking really good. nothing wrong with some tough competition.

I agree 100%. What would be so wrong with Turner outshining Ginn? Means we have 2 good wideouts instead of just 1. Means our team is better.

I was didnt expect much from Turner when we drafted him, in all honesty i just thought he would be a red zone target and not much more. Yet from day one hes been drawing raving reviews. If this continues into the regular season ill gladly eat crow.

on another note, Im starting to think our MLBs will be the weak links this season for our team...hope not though
