Wake & Suh BOTH at DE - Has it WORKED?

I've seen a few times where the Dolphins have lined up SUH as the DE opposite of Cam Wake in certain pass rush situations.

My questions to the analysis gurus on this board is:

1. Has it actually worked? (Brice Petty says: "Yes Mami ") OR is it better to get MAX pressure on the opponents RG & RT?

2. If so, should the Dolphins keep using it?

3. Who should be the pass rushing DT's in that situation? (Didn't Mario Williams actually play half decent in that role?)

Sure was exciting seeing Earth Wake & SuhNami meeting at the QB...

I know some folks here are big game tape watchers/analyzers; so Guru's please advise.

Like you stated with number 1, Petty would agree that its worked.

I know we've had a lot of amazing plays this season. Ajayi, Juice, Stills, Parker, Drake, Grant, Aiken, Kiko ...but my favorite out of all of them is watching Wake and Suh barrel toward Petty with a full head of steam and get there at the same time. I must've watched that 50 times, to let both of ous most ferocious defenders get free at the same time was insane lol

The wake & suh play was by far my favorite, and maybe just the evil in me but I crack the hell up every time I rewatch the play. It was just such destruction and you know they wanted to destroy him, lol.

As fun as the Petty play was, it was the result of an early snap. It's not like the Jets purposely left them unblocked, or that both guys beat their men.
