Yes in 2015 when you beat a 4 year old with a switch and cause more then a dozen open wounds it is child abuse. You beat an adult with a switch and cause over a dozen open wounds it is felony battery. Anyone who attempts to minimize child abuse to defend a football player is morally bankrupt.

Beyond that he is 30 years old, often injured, and not worth his contract.
