If he stays he has a chance to redeem himself as a team player and salvage his recent reputation as a quitter, which could pay dividends for him in the future. If he gets cut, it will show not even an average team will put up with his antics. I like what he did this year aside from the quitting and wish Philbin would have been harsher at the time instead of accepting this behavior. This may play in to a restructuring of his contract. At this point he says no, but that may change.
