we beat cleveland opening day 2013, and wallace is unhappy and complains he didnt get the ball. who cares my team won, its all about ME.

typical diva wr who doesnt care about the team and doesnt fight for balls. later mike.

He was unhappy in Pittsburgh in 2012, too. I've heard that Hines Ward really did a good job of keeping him 'in check' until he retired in 2011.

It is what it is.

Not much we can do about that now.

Not sure why he couldn't handle this like a professional and had to create all of this drama......

we are stuck with his contract unless someone else really really really wants him....Look at Hartline this year, I mean he did not get much playing time this year but did not bitch about it cause he is a team player.. I like Wallace but he needs to me a team player if he wants to stay on the roster going forward

Forgive him for feeling like he has not earned that contract because the QB can't get him the ball.

How bout he learns to catch the ball like other receivers in this league who get paid to do so. He stinks plain and simple. He really is a one trick pony. That half assed attempt with one hand a few weeks ago convinced me he's a loser in the game and the game of life

LOl....ok, so RT throws a perfect pass for a TD to Clay, and because of that, Wallace has a hissy fit and pulls himself out of the game. So are you saying that it is only Wallace who RT can't get the ball? Or are you saying that the 10 TD catches that Wallace got from RT shouldn't count? This is such a moronic post.....I can't tell.....

Wallace's spokesperson literally admitted that MW is upset about being targeted less in the 2014 offense.

I get that he's upset. I like that a receiver wants the ball more. But, uh, Mike? Not a good way to go about it. In fact, TERRIBLE way to go about it.

He has become a malcontent to the highest degree, even BMarshall threw a fit in the Bears locker room but came to play on gameday. We need a vocal leader on the team, someone who would get in Mikes face and tell him to nut up and play, not be his mouthpiece in a presser after he quit on team. I don't care what we get or don't get, saving 5 mil on the cap is good enough for me, Bon voyage

Nah, let's be fair to Mike Wallace.

He has never, ever, reached the level of cancer that is Brandon Marshall. Brandon Marshall is locker room poison. He is radioactive.

MW is acting like a child, from what we have heard, but he certainly isn't even in the same category as BM.

Wallace is a speed guy that is a threat to get over the top on any defense every time he lines up.
He did adjust his game to fit this short passing game we adopted this year and was productive in it.
There are a bunch if receivers who carry on and create a hissy fit if they don't get the ball enough. How many times did Dez Bryant go ballistic on the side lines prior to this year?
This team does need leaders to keep these personalities in check so they can be productive. Neither Philbin or Tannehill can do this.
If you want to get rid of him, you better have a back up plan that provides the same skill set, because without a deep threat this offense will be stifled.

I hope not but could this be the beginning? I'm not sure the organization, specifically the team can handle a big distraction should it continue, it's not like RT is Dan M or Brady personality wise even though I think Tanny is mentally tougher than it appears.

I want Wallace to be on the team but what if we get that true 1 receiver next year and he gels with Ryan, what will Mike do then...just thinking it through

if i heard news tomorrow that mike wallace was cut and hickey planned to replace him in the draft id be A-OK.

Like yesterday in the second half....
