I remember reading a couple of weeks ago that Wallace at one time was being shopped to the Eagles. With Maclin headed to the Chiefs, that leaves an enormous hole in the Eagles WR corp. I wouldn't be surprised if this resurfaces and if so, what do you guys think we could get for him? This happening would leave a big hole in our WR corp, but it seems that most people are over Wallace.

Lets say we trade Wallace to the Eagles.

Who will be our WRs?

Rishard Matthews and Matthew Hazel?

who is catching footballs exactly for Miami ?

I am not. Unlike some, I want to keep one of our FEW playmakers.

Wallace doesn't come across to me as a 'Chip' conformist.

You can't trade/Release or get rid of Wallace in anyway now. You have to retain his services for atleast 1 more season.

I am sick of all this ditch Wallace crap. The dude scored 10 touchdowns for us last year and we have already lost Gibson and Hartline and may lose Clay. He may not be ideal but we can't afford to lose any playmakers.

I am sick of Wallace's antics as much as anyone. However, even if we draft a WR in the first round, we still need to keep Wallace around 1 more year. Lets land a playmaking WR in the draft, then revisit this next offseason.

I agree with what you're saying.... But he earned it by being an asshole

I personally really like Wallace and thought he became a much more physical player last year, but being there were reports that there were previous discussions with Philly, I was just saying that I wouldn't be surprised if something happened with Maclin now elsewhere. Not sure how we would replace him if it were to happen.

He could be the biggest a-hole in the league, but as long as he is productive I really don't care. He is a WR, he is supposed to be a Diva

Really? Funny how the best WR in the league ... Calvin .... Isn't a diva. Don't say he's supposed to be a diva.

Rookie 1st Rd Pick, Landry, Matthews, Cecil Shorts, Rookie Mid Rd Pick. Im good with that. See ya Wallace. Tanny had no problem creating instant chemistry with Landry why would other guys be any different? I think hes sick of Wallace as well.

Ya because Calvin Johnson has the typical WR mentality. I am sick of this team getting rid of players because of attitudes, these aren't hero's or priests here that need to be saints. They are professional football players paid to produce. Wallace is far and away our most productive receiver and I find it almost idiotic to get rid of him because of 1 game. We have gotten rid of 3 pro-bowl caliber players in the last 5 years because of that and 2 of them ( Davis and Dansby) play a position that is still looking to be filled. You don't keep turning over talent because of the reasons we have been using.
