#1: Miami Dolphins: Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson

The Dolphins brought in Adam Gase to coach up Ryan Tannehill - even though their incompetent owner is just going to fire him in three years - but what if Tannehill continues to struggle? I can't see the front office sticking with him much longer, so the team could opt to move on by selecting the other first-round quarterback prospect in the 2017 NFL Draft. Miami will gladly draft Deshaun Watson. College football's version of Russell Wilson, Watson had an amazing run despite being just a mere sophomore. The sky's the limit for him.

And yes, the Dolphins have a good chance of obtaining the No. 1 pick. The team is a train wreck, as it spent the entire offseason downgrading the roster, signing old has-beens who won't be motivated.

This guy hates the Dolphins. Seen it for some time. Jets fan maybe? I quit going to his site. Worthless garbage.
 
This time last year we were crowning ourselves free agent mavens. I'll tend to stick to the train of thought that most of these armchair gm's are analyzing things incorrectly as they usually do every year.

Pretty sure Walter is a jet fan yep. But yeah I mean I'm not expecting us to be good, but the #1 pick? Cmon now... But say Tannehill looks bad and we do have the first pick, getting Deshaun Watson would be crazy. Phinatic would blow his load so fast :hump:

Watson is a better QB prospect than Luck IMO.

If tannehill was so bad that we got the #1 pick, it would all be worth it for Watson.

But not even I think tannehill is that bad.
 
Tannehill alone means we won't be at the bottom next year. He's at least a top 15 arm. Save this for a team without a QB.
 
TBH, the guy who wrote that sounds more like a long-frustrated Dolphins fan. You don't get that kind of vitriol without some investment.

It's like when the Jets make a dumb move, I rejoice in it. I don't say what he said about Dolphins ownership and management.
