Did i hear correctly when he said "We aren't trying to make big plays"??

:lol: I agree.. He looked like a deer during halftime, was I the only one who noticed that he could barely look in to the camera???

completely agree.... does anyone remember jerry sullivan saying last week that we'd try and go deep at least 3 or 4 times.... did we even make a look downfield??
 
Look at my posts, I have NEVER defended wanny..I want him, Ricky, and their party by patronage gone, yesterday. But it's kind of hard to throw downfield when 4 out of 5 linemen, and your QB are imprinted in the grass before CC even breaks past 10 yards
 
This is what Wanny said at halftime...

Suzy: you told us AJ play would make us say wow...what do you think?

Dave: Well obviously we have a 2nd half...obviously he uh...you know we are going through some growing pains lets face it uh...we got to focus in uh...we are trying to keep it as simple as we can...the crowd is having a little bit of effect...you know the biggest thing we can't do is have negative plays and hurt ourselves more...you know we dont have to go out there and make big plays...we just got to come out 2nd half get our composure and stay with the plan...and our defense got to continue playing and we got to play field position...I mean thats where we are right now...we just got to make a few points and put it in the endzone and gain a lil bit of confidence...right now thats where we are struggling.

Well the point is, (according to Wanny at halftime) we weren't even trying to.

My buddy who is a Steelers fan and I had just watched the Steelers game in the morning. I mentioned to him that the o-line didn't play well and that was the main problem. Well well well during watching the Dolphins misadventures tonight he mentioned to me " at least the Steelers have an O-line ".
 
we should have gone max protect and sent chambers and mcmichael deep at least once
