Operator: "Yeah, we pretty much suck from top to bottom. The janitors don't even do a good job around here."

I would rather complain to Ross himself. Complaining to the subordinates is a waste of time.

If this is a true story then I think I'm going over there to apply for a janitor position. I'll try and pull off some type of Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting type of situation. When Ross leaves for the evening I'll stay late and solve all of his problems. Super Bowl here we come!!!
