Was Interference call review a Gase challenge or Booth Review?

A friend of mine was arguing Jets were out of TOs and couldnt challenge. I had no sound on the game in the sports bar so I couldnt hear. Was this another mistake by the refs that Flores was pissed about?

I get now why Flores was so pissed. How dare the league look at that of their own volition. It's not a scoring play.
