Well, if Ross wants to go after Gruden, then he needs to get a STRONG GM first and foremost. Gruden is great with X's and O's, but he's not a great talent evaluator.

Gruden would be a great coach for the Fins IMHO. The problem is how would Nolan take the hiring. He may think of himself as the heir apparent if Sparano gets canned. Keeping Nolan is huge because we would likely have to change to another system with another coach. I hope this staff gets to 10 wins and they can get a few more pieces in the next draft. A stud DB, stud pass rushing LB, stud big RB, and RT and RG.
We are getting closer, just a couple more parts are needed.

So far this year, nolan would not be that bad of a loss.
