Was just listening to Krup and Channing

Brady Quinn seems like he will just say what he thinks. I prefer that. If he had said "**** the dolphins, they brought me in and screwed me around and I think they are all assholes" I would've still given him respect for just being honest. I love the Omar callout for sure. It also was kind of a shot at us fans a little bit too, pretty much letting us know what we all already know but willingly ignore...that we don't know ****. He is gonna do well in broadcasting I bet. He may be the next Dan Fouts!!

He seems like he is a little pissed but he also seems to understand that you have to do certain things in this league if you want to win. Bringing in players that you have zero intention in signing just so you can use them to throw to players you ARE interested in signing, is one of them. I wonder how seriously he is trying to get back into the league at this point though. It ain't over till it's over I guess and there have been players that were total busts early on that eventually find a niche in the league. Alex Smith is a good example.

Thanks for noticing my intellect :) How about let's get to the damn playoffs first. I was talking about his extension not his play in comparison. I was asking did the OP think that we should give him an Andy Dalton type deal and wait it out another 3 years to see if he blossoms. Some of you on here have tender rears.

Haha yeah sure, you forget we know you as a poster here. And if there is a minuscule chance you were forthright, no! I don't pay him that contract right now, but let's see after 16 games before we make that call

Very classy of Quinn not to hold a grudge against a team who skipped drafting and mislead him to be nothing more than a camp arm.

3 more years and a more modest contract, sign me up right now. Huge money? Not yet.

Just listened. Great slam on Omar. I can't stand that guy.

Very interesting what he said about QBs running the scout team offense.

**** yeah, Brady Quinn for the wuinn. Great insight.

There was a sentiment that Tannehill should be judged with no excuses entering his 3rd season. I was very happy that Sherman was replaced with Lazor but knew this type of scenario of a learning curve would effect the immediate production of our offense. We also didn't want any more excuses for the o-line but we then replaced every single member which resulted in 5 guys who had never played next to each other. These things take time in order to properly evaluate and it's not an excuse, it's reality.

Here's Quinn's article that was posted earlier this week on Ryan Tannehill and our offense.

:sidelol:

Brady Quinn just CALLED OUT Omar Kelly. That was entertaining.

What did he say??

But I recall a few years ago when a player on the chiefs committed suicide that Quinn had an amazing speech after they won the game following the incident. It was great and so articulate

edit: must be that Notre Dame education and culture :D

"I know when it happened, I was sitting in my head thinking what I could have done differently," the Chiefs quarterback said. "When you ask someone how they are doing, do you really mean it? When you answer someone back how you are doing, are you really telling the truth?"

"We live in a society of social networks, with Twitter pages and Facebook, and that’s fine, but we have contact with our work associates, our family, our friends, and it seems like half the time we are more preoccupied with our phone and other things going on instead of the actual relationships that we have right in front of us," Quinn said. "Hopefully, people can learn from this and try to actually help if someone is battling something deeper on the inside than what they are revealing on a day-to-day basis."

I love their show on QAM. It’s the only one I tune into deliberately. The dynamic of white bread and collard greens is really so true to the south Florida work place that I feel like I am just chilling with people I know. Mad Dog left some mighty big shoes to fill and that show saved the station. I get more player insight from Crowder than you have ever got from a Cefalo or Bokamper. Him not trying to polish his act like a Michael Strahan is authenticity you would say you want. It’s like Mike and Mike with a lot more edge and a lot less boring.

I actually kind of enjoy Crowder. He's a clown, but that's perfect for a 2 hour radio show. Kuperstein is awful, though.

I listen on Iheart radio from Atlanta once in a while.
I enjoy Crowder he tells it like it is and has some good stories from his time.
The guys on after them though wow they are horrible. they do some stupid fantasy bit with Jamie Eisenberg and start asking him stupid questions to be funny. They drag this guy's fantasy but out for like 25 minutes and have comemricals half of the air time.. Wow those guys suck
