Coach Gibbs is very happy with the positive direction of the team. We have gotten rid of dead weight and guys that did not want to play for our team...and it is my job as GM to put our team in the best position to win and I cant do that with a locker room divided. Both LaVar and Sean were very good players, but have off field issues and on-field attitude problems that we simply will not put up with. We will get players in here that want to play for the Washington Redskins and put out 100% of thier effort and energies for thier teammates and thier coach and thier organization

As the dawn of Free Agency Approaches there are several positions that must be addressed. There are several players that we talked to that are ready and willing to come on board with Coach Gibbs and give thier all for this team. We have put ourselves in great position to make big moves salary cap wise. this year and we can get a few big name players to make our selves a stronger team on both sides of the ball

On the Quarterback Position, we made a move last year to gain Jason Cambell,one of the best QB's in college and he is ready to step up to be a leader on offense. we were willing to keep Brunell as a back-up and continue to be a tutor to our young gun but he was unwilling to restructure his contract to stay with the team.

On the Draft we have put ourselves in a in-humane position to get great players this year with our 3 first rounders, and boy is this draft filled great talent at the positions we need, WE have had several productive interviews at the combine and we will continue to go to as much Pro-days as we can so we can get the Players in here that are coachable and good picks at thier positions

We saw Carson Palmer blossom with a little help from his predessesor Jon Kitna. Wow how better a way to spend our first 2 days of free agency getting not 1 or 2 but TEN quality players in our organization with the latest being 3 probowl calibre players at thier positions
Seing as though we let both our starters and a few back ups go at the Safety Position, it has become a huge need for us and we got 3 great ones and two positions and thats a great problem to have. Will Demps is the latest additon to our Safety Corps and once again we will let his track record speek for him.
Peter Warrick has had a more than decent career and was set to stand beside Chad Johnson had not Houshmanzadah had a great year with the Bengals he is welcomed to our recieving corps and its getting deadlier and deadlier.
Marcelus Wiley has anchored the Cowboys D-line for years and when we saw that he was available we jumped at the oppertunity to add him in our fold that include our own Renaldo Wynn
