...........at least for me.......... I mean we actually have a legitimate quatertback again. All that torture watching the Fins since Marino's retirement is over with. The first game I watch this year I'm probably going to be sitting there thinking "is this real, is this really happening?" lol

Yes it is gonna be VERY surreal when we get to see Daunte in full action. Especially for a young fan like me that missed the Marino years and has only got to see some Joe Blows behind center. Its gonna be great to once again have an elite QB at the helm, and I can't wait!

In some ways you're lucky...........having grown up with Marino, it made watching the turds who replaced him that much harder.

Good point man. Let's just hope that DC lives up to his hype and brings a sense of pride back to the organization.

I'm praying to god he's our savior. I'm drinking heavily today however so I'm a little emotional.

Why do I have this gut feeling that Culpepper will not play until mid season?

Why do I have this gut feeling that the Miami Dolphins organization is hyping his "looking good out there" thing as part of getting us fans to by tickets and Dolphin paraphernilia but that they have no "real" intention in having him start the season opener?

For some reason, I would not be surprised when Saban allows him to participate in some preseason games but waits for for the regular season opener to say that Harrington will start.

I hope that I'm wrong.

Poo. If he's ready, he'll play.

Please let us know when you find out why, because I can't figure it out.

"yea it is totally shady. It is more than shady it is surreal"

I totally agree. It is like I am going to be in a dream. Probably the best dream I ever had that didn't involve naked hot chicks.

I know exactly what you mean. For me it will be like when we first got ricky williams. Just watching him run over people made me forget all about James Johnson, Cecil Collins, and Karim Abdul Jabar. Culpepper will definitely be great to watch.

Some times I find myself wondering if it's a dream. I mean seriously, with the guys we've had the past 6 years, it really is nice to have Daunte. Here's a little test for you guys.

Which QB doesn't belong.

A. Jay Fiedler
B. Gus Frerotte
c. Daute Culpepper
D. AJ Feely
E. Ray Lucas
F. Sage Rosenfels

Can't wait to have Daunte and Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams on the field. Now that's an unbelievable offense. We're talking 4000 rushing yards.

I think Culpepper will be ready to play. I don't think the front office wants to take a chance and let Harrington play for half the season. I mean Harrington could be good, but there is also a chance that he'll suck. No way we take that chance and did our selves a hole we can't get out of. We traded for Duante for a reason, and that's to win.

D!

The rest of them are actually NFL quarterbacks.

So we will risk him getting hurt in the preseason and missing the entire year, but not let him play in the first game of the season? I doubt it

You cant fake running and cutting on a bad knee if your not ready to be doing it, and he has been doing it
