Watching the playoffs

The exact same thing can be said about the Seahawks outside of Century Link Field......

I guess, but squeaking out close wins because your DBs hold everyone all day is a lot better than getting blown out.

The running games by these teams really make you realize how non existent ours is.

Winning creates confidence and swagger......we will get there.

Yes, we are miles away from being competitive at the top level of the NFL. When I tried to express that opinion before the season began as a reason why Ireland should be fired I got my head ripped off. Now the reality of last season has proven the truth of my opinion. In spite of that, even now there are posters who are fixated on making the playoffs instead of winning the Super Bowl. I will say it again: I think our new general manager will need to replace about half the roster before we can be competitive for a Super Bowl victory. Let the cuts begin.

Seahawks 6-2 on the road and 7-1 at home. They were 1 game different playing at home than on the road. The Saints went 8-0 at home and 3-5 on the road. Completely different.

Anybody watching Seattle in this game thinking 'QB play' is the difference isn't watching. Wilson has almost nothing to do in this game.

When I see young, energetic QB's like Russell Wilson play, and Luck and Kaep, with their quick reflexes, it makes me yearn for a young QB too, and then of course I realize we already have one.

Yeah, because bellichek is just so intense...

Ha no he isn't. But he knows how to create intense play with his team. Perhaps Philbin will figure out how to do that but up to this point the NE game in Miami was about the most intense I've seen Miami get. Then they laid two eggs. Teams can play with high intensity even when their HC is low key like Philbin but he has to learn how to inspire his team.

Seahawks only credible road win against a good team was Carolina....that was week 1.....Carolina much better now than they were then.....

Are you sure you're watching the Seattle game?

Give me a break. Wilson has spent the majority of the game handing the ball off and throwing off of play action. Even when they pass, he has an eternity in the pocket. The defense will hold down the Saints while Seattle's offense settles for FGs on short drives. Miami's defense would be allowing points and Dolphins fans would blame Tannehill for not putting the ball in the end zone when they had the chance.

We use to run this scheme under Jimmy Johnson so it looks familiar.
