he was sitting at a dock... his engine was running does that mean his propeller was spinning? no.. he was probably sitting with his generators on this article was stupid and will get thrown out

Why do I care as a Dolphin fan what a EX owner's son is or isn't doing?

I know things are slow right now...but geez.

This is the 3rd time he's been arrested for either drunken driving or drunken boating...really class guy...I can see why you're defending him. And as for whether the propellers were moving, it doesn't matter. Say if you're drunk and in a car with the keys in the ignition, it doesn't matter if it's running or not...you can still be charged. And what about the fact that a neighbor called the police that Robert Huizenga and another man were trying to break into her house? Scumbag needs to be in jail.

But you saw the title and opened it up anyway! I know it is slow but I've got a big problem with repeat offenders like this. Sorry if it bothered you.

Who the hell cares. This law is just a money maker. You know how many people wouldn't risk the ride home if they could just sleap it off in the back of their car or SUV and keep the AC or heat running.

^that happened to my brother, he got into his car drunk and started driving a block then realized he was probably too drunk to be driving, pulled over left the car on for heat and slept, was awoken to a police officer knocking on his window giving him a DUI...

So if a guy is responsible, and gets in his car and goes "****..No way should i drive." then knocks back the seat to sleep it off and gets a DUI he's a scumbag, right?

Hell, I've had an officer give me a field sobriety test when I had pulled over to a gas station to catch a nap because I was falling asleep on the road. That's a good law...lol.

Actually I was trying to send you a message by telepathy...but you must have been out....:chuckle:

I'd give the guy the benefit of the doubt if he wasn't a three time offender whose first offense was hitting a 71 year old man and leaving him with a concussion.

I can understand that. I'm not saying he's right, and, I'm not saying he's not all the things you accused him of. It's just that the law he got nailed under is a bad law.

so, what if you are sleeping in the car with the keys in your pocket or lets say, outside of the car, is that different?

A buddy of mine got a DWI for sleeping in his truck with the keys in his pocket. Reasoning behind that supposedly was he had access to the keys....
